Wholesale Terms

Thank you for choosing to stock our products..  Customer satisfaction is really important to our business and we want your customers to love our items as much as we have loved creating them!

Please see below for our business terms and conditions:

Minimum Order

Our minimum order for wholesale supply is £150. Should you wish to order a few items only we are happy to direct you to your nearest stockist.  

Availability of Orders

We make our best sellers in batches and have set release dates for these items to be ready for the shelf.  Best Sellers can be reserved prior to their release so you can be assured that you will have your products by that specified date. 

All other items are made to order.   The option to have items crafted specifically for you is a fabulous way of having something made that is perfectly unique.  Please note, however, that this process takes time, they are not off the shelf products and we take care and pride in everything we create so we ask that you allow up to 12 weeks for your goods to be shelf ready.  (Depending on the products chosen and size of order) In most instances your order will, in fact, be received by yourself quicker than this timescale but we would rather you prepare for this delay (especially during busy times)  We can assure you that your order will be worth the wait! 

Once products are shelf ready we do not hesitate in preparing them for delivery. 

Our aim is to have a set number of best sellers readily available for immediate despatch - until such times we will work with our batch release dates and custom orders.

Cancellations

Should you simply change your mind and wish not to go ahead with your purchase please advise us within 24hrs of placing your order so that we can cancel the process.   Regrettfully, we cannot accept such returns for custom items as they are considered final at the point of order and cannot be changed unless faulty, in which case we require that you contact us for further instruction.

Delivery

We take great care and pride in all our creations and want you to receive them in same condition as when they leave us.  We package securely and use a reliable courier service to avoid mishaps.

Once shelf ready your order is despatched via courier for next day delivery.  Delivery costs are charged according to weight of £14.95 max (typically for up to 15kg) 

We are happy to post internationally but ask that you contact us for a postal quotation before placing an order
